Adds Art. 14 of Ch. 2.7; amends Ch. 1.2, §§ 2.1.100, 2.1.200, 2.1.500, 2.1.600, 2.1.700, 2.1.800(B), 2.1.900(A) and (B), 2.1.1000, 2.2.400, 2.2.600(C), 2.3.100, 2.3.200, 2.3.300, 2.3.400, 2.3.500(A), 3.3.300, 3.4.300, 3.6.200(C) and (I), 4.5.300, 4.5.400 and 4.6.300 and the comprehensive plan, comprehensive plan map and zoning map; repeals §§ 2.1.1100 and 4.5.500; replaces the terms “Bend Area General Plan,” “Bend General Plan” and “General Plan” with “Bend Comprehensive Plan,” urban growth boundary expansion, comprehensive plan, compliance with 2010 remand order (BDC)
