The special standards of the Central Oregon Community College – Special Planned District/Overlay Zone implement the Public Facilities (PF) Comprehensive Plan designation on lands owned by the Central Oregon Community College and zoned Public Facilities within the “Special Planned District Boundary” as depicted on Figures 2 and 3.
