While trees are an important amenity in rights-of-way and on other City property, transportation and other public needs may require removal or trimming of trees by the City. The City’s decision on removal or trimming of trees by the City on City property, and the City’s actions in removing or trimming trees on City property and other City actions near trees, shall be final and not subject to BC 3.60.060, 3.60.080 or 3.60.090.
