A. A violation of this chapter is a Class A civil infraction.

B. Any decision under this chapter may be appealed to the Tree Board by filing a written appeal with the City Recorder within 10 working days of the decision. The appeal shall clearly state the reasons for the appeal. The Tree Board will hold a hearing and issue a final written decision. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
