A. Determine whether a claim is complete within 60 days.

B. Notify the claimant of any missing information or required submissions within 60 days of receipt of the claim.

C. Classify the claim as complete when all required information and materials are submitted, or when the claimant provides written notice that no additional information will be provided. [Ord. NS-2159, 2011]
