7.25.020 License Application, Review and Issuance.

A. Applicants shall be fingerprinted by the City and the City may conduct a background check as part of its review of the application.
B. The City will issue a photo identification card to approved applicants.
C. Grounds for denial or revocation of a dealer’s license include, in addition to the grounds in BC Chapter 7.10:
1. Conviction of a felony;
2. Failure of the dealer to obtain all necessary zoning, planning, building and sanitation permits for the dealer’s place of business;
3. Allowing people who are required to obtain a license under this section to work as the dealer’s employee without a license. [Ord. NS-2323, 2019; Ord. NS-2157, 2011]
