A. A City permit is required to place monuments or markers in the cemetery. The permit application shall state the dimensions of the monument or marker and the lot where the monument or marker is to be placed.

B. Monuments and markers shall comply with the cemetery regulations.

C. The City reserves the right to remove any markers, stones, or monuments placed in violation of this section. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
