The City’s Permanent Maintenance Cemetery Fund shall be used solely for cemetery upkeep. All proceeds from cemetery operations not used for operation and maintenance costs shall be paid into the Permanent Maintenance Cemetery Fund. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
