The City may sell spaces in the cemetery in either full spaces five feet by 10 feet, half spaces five feet by five feet or by quarter spaces five feet by two and one-half feet. No burial permit shall be issued nor interment allowed if the City has not received payment in full for all cemetery charges. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
