Every conveyance of a lot or grave space in the cemetery shall be by certificate executed by the City. The conveyance shall only have the effect of giving the perpetual use of a lot for burial purposes subject to the State law and City code and regulations. The certificate will not be issued until the price of the space or lot and permanent maintenance is paid in full. The City shall keep a record of all certificates issued, giving name of purchaser, date of sale, number of space and price of each space or spaces. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
