The City provides stormwater services to all properties within the City that have impervious surfaces. Those services include the maintenance of stormwater facilities in rights-of-way that serve both rights-of-way and adjoining properties. The City also provides stormwater services by regulating stormwater as provided in this section, and by meeting State and Federal stormwater regulations. [Ord. NS-2176, 2012]
