Zero lot line development means dwelling units which are constructed with a zero side setback. See BDC 3.8.700, Zero Lot Line Developments.

Zero lot line subdivision or partition means a type of residential subdivision or partition with no setback between dwelling units and providing for individual ownership of each lot.

Zoning district means an area defined by the City’s Zoning Map.
