The Talline Master Planned Development standards apply to the property identified in Figure 2.7.4430, a portion of which is the Shevlin Area in BCP Chapter 11. The special standards of the Master Plan supersede the standards of the underlying zone and other applicable standards of the Bend Development Code. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of the Talline Master Plan and those of the underlying zone or other portions of the Development Code, the provisions of this district will control. The final determination of the overlay zone or district boundary will be established at the time of subdivision platting and right-of-way dedication. [Ord. NS-2440, 2022]
