A violation of this chapter is a Class A civil infraction, unless some other penalty is specified in the applicable specialty code or State law. In the case of a continuing violation, every day’s continuance of the violation shall be considered a separate offense. A person cited for a violation of this chapter has the right to a hearing before a hearings officer appointed by the City Manager.
