A. Licenses under this chapter are valid for one year, and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. Licenses expire one year after the date of issuance unless validly renewed.

B. Whenever the ownership structure of the marijuana business changes, or the marijuana business proposes changes which require Minimum Development Standards Review or Site Plan Review, the marijuana business must file an application for change or modification to the operating license. This application must be filed within 30 days after the effective date of any change to the ownership structure, or within 30 days after completion of Minimum Development Standards Review or Site Plan Review.
