A. Violations. Any person who closes a manufactured home park without a permit, who fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter or the conditions of the permit, or who willfully makes an untrue or misleading statement of material fact or willfully omits required information in the process of application, or whose actions, through the raising of rent or otherwise, objectively manifests an intent or effort to avoid the requirements to this chapter, shall be guilty of a violation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, the penalty for any such violation shall be not greater than $1,000. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate violation. [Ord.
