No person shall stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time in a place designed as a loading zone when the hours applicable to that loading zone are in effect, except for loading or unloading persons or materials. When the hours applicable to the loading zone are in effect, the stop for loading and unloading shall not exceed the time limits posted. If no time limits are posted, use of the zone shall not exceed 30 minutes. Vehicles must display emergency flashers for duration of loading/unloading. [Ord. NS-2140, 2010]
