5.55.000 Definitions.

For purposes of this chapter, the following mean:
A. Public parks means all property owned or controlled by the City or by the Bend Metropolitan Park and Recreation District and operated for the public’s recreational use.
B. Person means a person, firm, or corporation, not including City or Bend Metropolitan Park and Recreation District personnel or their agents. [Ord. NS-2458, 2022; Ord. NS-2142, 2010]
