A. Address means a unique site location identifier of a property. If there is more than one building on a property, the separate buildings may have separate addresses.

B. Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

C. Occupancy means an area of a building used for a separate purpose or by a different owner or tenant. Examples of occupancies include apartment units and individual retail stores on a multi-store property. [Ord. NS-2180, 2012]
