The permittee shall notify the City within 48 hours after completion of the work. Additional reporting and inspections may be required depending on the scope of work. The required reporting and inspections shall be identified at the time of permit issuance. The City, at their discretion, will inspect the work and require correction of any deficiencies. If no deficiencies are detected the City will accept the work. The permittee shall be required to maintain the area in good condition for a period of one year from acceptance. Upon request by the City, the permittee shall provide security in a form acceptable to the City to cover any defects discovered in that one-year period. [Ord. NS-2282, 2016; Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
