A. The City shall assess a late penalty of one percent of the gross revenues upon which the license fee is based for failure to timely pay the license fee. The penalty shall be doubled for every month that the fee remains delinquent.

B. Violations of this chapter are a Class A civil infraction, and each day a violation remains uncured is a separate violation. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
