A. The right of reimbursement may be transferred with written approval from the City.

B. The City shall establish separate accounts for each reimbursement district. Payments collected during a calendar year shall be paid to the person entitled to reimbursement by January 31 of the following year. No interest earnings shall accrue or be paid on payments collected.

C. The reimbursement fee is in lieu of a local improvement district for the improvements installed pursuant to the reimbursement district agreement. The reimbursement fee is not intended to replace or limit any other fee or charge collected by the City. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
