The City shall cause notice of the formation and nature of the reimbursement district to be filed in the office of the County Recorder so as to provide notice to potential purchasers of property within the district. The City shall also record the obligation of each benefited property to pay a reimbursement fee in the City’s lien docket. The recording shall not create a lien. Failure to record shall not affect the legality of the resolution or the obligation to pay the reimbursement fee. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
