A. Reimbursement district means the area which is determined by the City Council to derive a benefit from the construction of street, water or sewer improvements and includes property which has the opportunity to utilize the improvements.

B. Reimbursement fee means the fee required to be paid by a resolution of the City Council and the reimbursement agreement. The term “reimbursement fee” does not include any local improvement district assessment or any system development charge established by Oregon law. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
