Claimed errors in the calculation of assessments shall be called to the attention of the Finance Director who shall determine whether there has been an error. If the finance director determines that there has been an error, the matter shall be referred to the Council for an amendment of the assessment resolution. On amendment of the resolution, the Finance Director shall make necessary corrections in the City lien docket and send a correct notice of assessment by certified mail. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
