16.30.040 Stormwater Charges – Billing.

A. The customer shall be responsible for all stormwater service fees and charges.
B. All money collected through stormwater fees and charges shall be used for the improvement, maintenance, and repair of the City’s stormwater system. [Ord. NS-2176, 2012]
