A. Allowed Discharges. Discharges authorized by (1) any Illicit Discharge Manual adopted by the City, or (2) the City’s MS4 NPDES permit or (3) water pollution control facility (WPCF) – underground injection control (UIC) permits are allowed unless they violate the provisions of either permit.
