The City may discontinue water service to a user for violation of any provision of this title, a wastewater discharge permit or order, or any other pretreatment standard or requirement. Service will only recommence, at the user’s expense, after it has satisfactorily demonstrated its ability to comply. The user shall be required to reimburse the City for expenses incurred for disconnecting service. Any person, including the user, may petition the City to reconsider the terms of water supply severance within 30 days of termination or notice of termination. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
