All sample preservation procedures, container materials, maximum allowable holding times and analytical techniques to be submitted as part of any application or report required by this division shall be performed in accordance with the procedures and techniques specified in 40 CFR Part 136. Alternatively, a contractor with the required protocols listed in an approved comprehensive quality assurance plan may sample and analyze according to the protocols specified in that document. [Ord.
