City personnel may enter property to which the City provides water service during reasonable hours for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter or if backflow prevention devices are needed. If any owner, occupant or person in control refuses City personnel access, a reduced pressure principle assembly must be installed at the service connection. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
