A. All backflow prevention assembly installations shall comply with City Standards and Specifications and applicable State regulations.

B. If the premises isolation assembly is allowed to be installed at a location other than the point of connection to the City water system, the City must have access to the assembly. No connections can be made between the meter and the backflow assembly.

C. The type of backflow prevention assembly required shall be commensurate with the degree of hazard that exists and meet standards set by State regulations. [Ord. NS-2182, 2012]
