A. Discarded vehicles may be considered to include major vehicle parts, including, but not limited to, bodies, engines, transmissions and rear ends.

B. No person shall store or permit the storing of a discarded vehicle on private property for more than 72 hours unless it is completely enclosed within a building or in a space entirely enclosed and hidden by a fence or screen.

C. A violation of this section is a Class B civil infraction. [Ord. NS-2141, 2010]
