13.10.005 Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following mean:
A. Person in charge of property means an agent, occupant, lessee, tenant, contract purchaser, or other person having possession or control of property or supervision of any construction project.
B. Person Responsible. The person responsible for abating a nuisance shall include:
1. The owner.
2. The person in charge of property.
3. The person who caused a nuisance to come into or continue in existence. [Ord. NS-2141, 2010]
