A. Booking inventories of personal property shall be done as soon as the person is safely inside the booking room.

B. All personal property shall be collected and stored in an appropriate property locker.

C. All unlawful weapons, contraband and evidence shall be removed and placed in the property room until lawful disposition is determined. [Ord. NS-2159, 2011]
