A. Time and Method of Payment. If a defendant is required to pay a fine, penalty or cost, the Municipal Court may grant permission for payment to be made within a specified period of time or in specified installments. Unless otherwise approved by the court, the fine or penalty shall be payable immediately.

B. Effect of Nonpayment. The Municipal Court may pursue collections of fines or penalties by any means allowed under Oregon law. Any unpaid penalty may be filed in the City’s lien docket. [Ord. NS-2159, 2011]
