The Municipal Judge has all statutory authority of a Justice of the Peace and all authority conveyed by the Charter and this code. The Municipal Judge has contempt authority and the authority to issue warrants to enter real property and the authority to issue orders to compel appearance. [Ord. NS-2159, 2011]
