A. Modifications to an approved TPDM plan may be processed concurrently with a Type II or Type III development application.

B. A modification to an approved TPDM plan that is not processed concurrently with a Type II or Type III development application will be processed as an individual Type II application.

C. The Community and Economic Development Director may elevate a Type II application for a modification to the Planning Commission for hearing as a Type III application.
