A. Type I applications acted upon without notice or hearing shall be approved or denied by the Community and Economic Development Director or his or her designee.

B. Notice of a decision shall be provided to the applicant or the applicant’s representative.

C. The decision may be appealed by the applicant under BDC 4.1.1100.
