This chapter provides a variety of development alternatives to promote a diversity of dwelling unit types. This chapter supplements the provisions contained in this code. Where no provisions exist in this chapter, the standards of the underlying zoning district or other portions of the Development Code apply. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and those of the underlying zone or other portions of the Development Code, the provisions of this chapter will control. [Ord.
