2.7.965 Permitted Uses.

A. The overlay districts are shown on the Farmington Reserve Master Plan Overlay Map, Figure 2.7.980 and permit the following uses:
1. Single-Unit Overlay District. Residential uses permitted in Table 2.1.200, Permitted and Conditional Uses, for the Standard Density Residential (RS) District.
