The Parkside Master Planned Development standards apply to the property identified in Figure 2.7.4620. The special standards of the Master Plan supersede the standards of the underlying zone and other applicable standards of the Bend Development Code. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of the Parkside Place Master Plan and those of the underlying zone or other portions of the Development Code, the provisions of this district will control. The final determination of the zone or district boundary will be established at the time of subdivision platting and right-of-way dedication.
