The Treeline Master Planned Development standards apply to the property identified in Figure 2.7.4020, a portion of the West Expansion Area in BCP Chapter 11. The special standards of the Master Plan supersede the standards of the underlying zone and other applicable standards of this code. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of the Treeline Master Plan and those of the underlying zone or other portions of this code, the provisions of this district will control.
