The Discovery West Master Planned Development standards apply to the property identified in Figure 2.7.3720, further identified as West Area Master Plan Area 1 in BCP Chapter 11. The special standards of the Master Plan supersede the standards of the underlying zone and other applicable standards of this code. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of the Discovery West Master Plan and those of the underlying zone or other portions of this code, the provisions of this district will control. The final determination of the zone or district boundary will be established at the time of subdivision platting and right-of-way dedication.
