The purpose of the 15th Street School Master Planned Development is to create standards specific to the siting of a high school and middle school on one campus. The standards: identify areas within the overlay district for a high school, middle school, and mixed high school/middle school program; provide special regulations and standards to properly site a large educational facility; and encourage multi-modal connectivity and transit.
