Any failure to comply with the Oregon Revised Statutes that may be tried as a violation under ORS Chapter 153 or similar statutes may be tried in Bend Municipal Court. Violations of any provision of the Bend Code shall be tried as civil infractions in Bend Municipal Court. Misdemeanors and felonies shall not be tried in Bend Municipal Court, but any violation of the Bend Code listed as a misdemeanor may be tried as a civil infraction in Bend Municipal Court. [Ord.
