On September 2, 2020, the Bend City Council adopted the Bend Transportation System Plan (TSP) by Ordinance No. NS-2381. City Council’s action included a simultaneous update of the Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 7, Transportation Systems. The following chapter includes the Goals, Objectives, and Policies from the TSP that were adopted by the City. Bend’s Transportation System Plan (TSP) Goals define the community’s desired outcomes for the transportation system. The Goals shaped and guided development of the policies, actions, projects, and programs in the TSP and guide its projects and programs.
