A pet store that violates this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement authority of BC Chapter 1.40, Civil Infractions. A violation is a Class A civil infraction, subject to a maximum civil penalty of $750.00. Each dog, cat or rabbit offered for sale in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
